Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Standard shipping is free on every US order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We want you to love Hydright. You can return unopened, sealed pouches within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• For food safety reasons, we can't accept opened pouches or loose sticks
• Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return address
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrong
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't need to send anything back.
